CHART's journey began in 2006 with a vision to make healthcare more preventive, accessible, and actionable through connected diagnostics and intelligent health insights. Years of research into disease management, multi therapeutic data, and early detection laid the foundation for a new approach to delivering healthcare closer to the point of need.

Established as a company in 2017, CHART transformed this research into an integrated healthcare ecosystem combining VitalzPRO, a portable point of care diagnostic platform, and HEALTHe, a connected digital health platform. Together, they enable rapid diagnostics, secure health data management, and actionable clinical insights across hospitals, primary healthcare centres, community health programs, and enterprise wellness initiatives.

Driven by an agile, engineering first approach and continuous collaboration with healthcare partners, CHART has refined its technologies through real world deployments, including more than 530,000 patient screenings across India. Today, with internationally aligned quality standards, a growing deployment pipeline, and a strong Made in India vision, CHART is expanding its connected healthcare solutions to global markets.
