Early Detection Initiative at Sadar Hospital, Ranchi
Under the guidance of the Jharkhand Health, Family Welfare, and Medical Education Department, CHART partnered with Sadar Hospital Ranchi and Avekxa to deploy VitalzPro and HEALTHe for a live diagnostic demonstration.
Over the course of the program, 372 patients underwent multi-parameter screening for chronic and infectious diseases. VitalzPro enabled rapid, accurate assessments, leading to the identification of 67 breast cancer cases that required immediate clinical attention.
The deployment demonstrated the impact of portable diagnostics and connected reporting in improving early detection and strengthening hospital-based screening workflows.
In partnership with Avekxa, CHART deployed VitalzPro and HEALTHe as part of Bharat Electronics’ 360° employee healthcare and wellness initiative. The program provided comprehensive on-site health screening across multiple parameters, giving employees immediate visibility into their health status.
The deployment successfully identified 7 high-risk individuals with potential cardiovascular conditions, allowing the organization to initiate early medical intervention and reduce long-term health risks.

Strengthening PHCs in Ramgarh Through CSR-Backed Diagnostics
Through a CSR-supported collaboration with GAIL and the Ramgarh District Administration, CHART implemented VitalzPro and HEALTHe across multiple Primary Health Centres (PHCs) in Ramgarh, Jharkhand.
The deployment included onsite training for existing medical staff, enabling PHCs to conduct reliable diagnostic screening and streamline reporting without dependence on central labs. This initiative strengthened preventive care capacity at the grassroots level and improved access to diagnostics for underserved communities.
